Gulfware International Technologies is showcasing the latest enhancements to its solutions at GITEX Technology Week. The company, which develops a number of different technology solutions from its offices in the UAE and Indonesia, is showing several different solutions at the show, including SMS audience interaction application Textello, and a new RFID-enabled customer tracking solution.

The Textello application, which allows audiences to participate in polls using SMS and Twitter, for use as audience surveys, has now been extended to offer event feedback forms, with multiple choice questions, so that attendees at events can give live feedback. The company is also showing a new solution that it has developed, which enables real time tracking of customers using RFID. Upon entering the store, the customer will be given an RFID-enabled card, which will then track them and the amount of time that they spend looking at different displays instore. The system is designed to allow analysis of customer behaviour and preferences, and to be integrated with existing customer loyalty card schemes.

Gulfware is also demonstrating its hardware-based encryption solution, G*Trust, which is designed to allow the sending of encrypted SMS for finance, government and law enforcement.

Novel Tjahyadi, managing partner of Gulfware, says that the company has had good initial success with its solutions, with a number of customers worldwide, and is now looking to contact new marketing partners for its products at GITEX.
